WHAT IS “FITNESS” AND WHY CARE?

No one should place no moral judgement on anyone for not being as passionate about a particular brand of fitness. Nor should anyone put someone who is passionate about fitness morally above those who are not. Just because someone is involved in regular exercise routines or eating structured diets, it does not mean s/he is harder-working, more successful, or superior in any sort of ways than others. More aesthetic body or stronger body in and of itself means nothing. “Fitness” is not about having abs of steel, being able to lift heavier/run faster/jump higher, or live a longer life. Fitness is YOU. You are your fitness. Fitness who you are; you are your nervous system, endocrine system, muscular, skeletal, and cardiovascular system. You are, on top of that, your mind. Through mind and consciousness, you do stuff because we are humans and humans do stuff. You allow the purity of your great consciousness to lead your heart and lead you to do whatever that your heart desires.

And your body, that is your muscular, endocrine, nervous systems and etc., will work as your vehicle and help you to become and achieve your own version the strongest self.
